Wedding-Day Shuttle Service

We are so excited to share our special day with our favorite people! In an effort to make the drive out to Defiance easier on guests, we have set up shuttle rides to and from the venue on Saturday.

There will be 2 pickup/drop off locations – the first will be at the Hilton Garden Inn of St. Louis/O’fallon and the second will be at the Commuter Parking lot in Weldon Spring. Please see detailed instructions for each location below. There will be 2 different pick-up times at each location, both of which allow for guests to arrive before the ceremony begins at 6:00 pm!

Hilton Garden Inn Pick-up/Drop-off (2310 Technology Dr, O'Fallon, MO 63368)

Guests staying at the Hilton will have the option of taking the shuttle to and from the venue. Guests who utilize the shuttle will need to meet at the pickup point – the hotel entrance – at one of the scheduled pickup times.

- Hilton Garden pickup time #1 – 3:50 pm (venue drop-off time at 4:50 pm)

- Hilton Garden pickup time #2 – 5:10 pm (venue drop-off time at 5:50 pm)

The shuttle will arrive to pick guests up from the venue at 11:00pm. There is only 1 pickup scheduled for the end of the night, so please be prompt!

Commuter Lot Pick-up/Drop-off (Weldon Springs, West Commuter Lot, S Outer Road, O’fallon, MO)

Guests who are not staying at the Hilton but still wish to utilize the shuttle service may do so with this option. The commuter lot pick-up/drop-off times are listed below.

- Pickup Time #1 – 4:10 pm (venue drop-off at 4:50 pm)

- Pickup Time #2 – 5:20 pm (venue drop-off at 5:50 pm)
